Complete onboarding and enable patient scheduling

After reviewing this article, your final step to complete onboarding and begin seeing patients is to navigate to your Onboarding Checklist and select "I'm ready to see patients!"

Once complete, patients will be able to book sessions with you. When a session is scheduled with you, you will be notified via email to your Nourish Gmail. Please check both your Nourish Gmail and Nourish Calendar frequently for upcoming sessions!


Access Your Reimbursement and Benefits Systems

During your first week, you’ll be prompted to log in and access the systems related to your reimbursements and benefits. Please refer to the timeline below to see when access will be granted.

Pay Dates

Nourish is on a semi-monthly payroll schedule, with pay dates on the 7th and 22nd of each month. You can find the full list of pay dates and associated working days here: 2026 Pay Dates.

Refer Patients to Nourish

While not required, we encourage you to take advantage of our patient referral bonus (a $20 flat-rate bonus for each and every session a referred patient has with you or a fellow Nourish RD)! Learn more about Referring Patients to Nourish here!
