Your Onboarding Checklist

On the Home page of your Provider Portal, you'll find an Onboarding Checklist that is designed to walk you through each step of your onboarding journey.

The Onboarding Checklist is broken into five sections: HR, Communications, Profile, Training, and Scheduling. You will need to complete each step within each section in order to complete onboarding. Once all tasks are complete, your scheduling will be enabled and patients will be able to book sessions with you!

The following trainings supplement each task on your Onboarding Checklist. Each step includes a link to the corresponding training, allowing you to complete onboarding directly from your Provider Portal.

You will need to complete your Onboarding Checklist before your start date, so we can begin scheduling sessions for your first week.
