401K Retirement Planning: In compliance with the Secure Act 2.0, new Nourishers will automatically be enrolled in the 401(k) plan at a 3% contribution rate after 30 days of employment.
This feature helps you start saving for retirement without taking any extra steps, but you have the option to un-enroll if you prefer not to participate.

Pay: You can add your bank account to our payroll system (ADP) to set up direct deposit for your paychecks. Your Workbright I-9 verification must be completed before you can set up your ADP account. Once your Workbright I-9 is finished, you’ll receive an invitation from ADP within one business day.
Nourish is on a semi-monthly pay schedule. You can find a list of all pay dates and the associated working dates here: 2026 Pay Dates.
Expenses & Reimbursements: Submit any eligible expenses through Ramp. Requests are reviewed the week of payroll and paid following the payroll schedule. Payments are processed directly in Ramp.
