Remaining Sections

You have the option for Nourish to complete the remaining sections of your CAQH profile, including adding Nourish’s practice information, professional liability insurance, and required documents on your behalf.

The next step on your Credentialing Checklist is your Credentialing Onboarding Form. As part of that form, you’ll be presented with the following option:

To opt in, select the box shown above to confirm CAQH permission.

If you do not select this option, you will be responsible for ensuring your CAQH profile is complete, accurate, up to date, and attested.

This includes adding Nourish’s practice information, uploading and maintaining required documents, and handling any ongoing updates or payer requests related to credentialing.
