For red states, all licensing fees and associated costs are fully reimbursable.
This includes initial licensure and renewals.

You can earn a up to $400 bonus per license from the qualifying states listed below.
You can earn this bonus for up to three licenses (up to $1200 total).

Once your license is received and uploaded to both CAQH and the Nourish Provider Portal, your reimbursement will be processed via Payroll.

Requests are reviewed each payroll week and reimbursed according to the annual pay schedule.
