Estimated completion time: Less than 10 minutes, if you grant Nourish permission to update on your behalf! Otherwise, approximately 1 hour.

CAQH is an online profile that insurance companies use as your credentialing application.

Every provider must have an active CAQH profile with complete personal information and Nourish’s information added before credentialing can move forward.

If you do not already have a CAQH profile, you must register for one. Nourish is unable to complete the initial CAQH registration on your behalf.

After your required sections are complete, you may choose to have Nourish complete the remaining portions of your CAQH profile for you, in accordance with CAQH guidelines and standards. In the next step of your Credentialing Checklist while completing your Credentialing Onboarding Form, you will be asked if you’d like opt-in for Nourish to manage your CAQH profile.

If you do not elect to have Nourish complete the remaining sections, you will be responsible for completing all remaining sections, uploading and maintaining documents, attesting the profile, and keeping your CAQH information up to date.
