Credentialing Tasks

All new RDs are required to apply for Oregon licensure before starting with Nourish. All application costs and fees are fully reimbursable through Ramp, and processing typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Providers will receive an email link to create their Verifiable account, enter their information, and upload their required documents, including their NPDB Self-Query.

Make sure your CAQH account is active and the required sections are completed. The Nourish credentialing team will add practice details and handle attestation.
