Our Clinical team encompasses provider experience, success, and clinical quality. Whether you need extra support during onboarding or are looking for clinical guidance, our Clinical team is here to help!

Our support teams are here to support both patients and providers. Our stellar Customer Experience, or CX, team tackles everything from managing patient referrals and inquiries, to scheduling sessions, and facilitating medical records requests. Our expert billing team oversees patient insurance and billing to ensure we deliver affordable care for patients!

Our People team is here to help with all things human resources. Questions on benefits, compensation, and PTO / Sick / Holiday time can be directed to people@usenourish.com.

Our Credentialing + Payers teams are dedicated to credentialing providers and expanding Nourish's payer network so that patients can utilize in-network benefits when working with a Nourish dietitian. If you have any questions regarding your personal credentialing status, first refer to the Payers tab of your Provider Portal. If you require additional assistance, you can email credentialing@usenourish.com.

Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams build the innovative technology that powers Nourish. Committed to providing the best user experience, our EPD team values your input on potential product improvements. We encourage you to share your feedback through the Tech Feedback feature in your Provider Portal. Your insights play a vital role in our continuous improvement!

Our Growth team, comprised of Marketing and Partnerships, helps to spread the word about Nourish. Targeting both the general public and external providers, our growth team funnels patients to Nourish.

Nourish dietitians are expected to retain patients provided by the Growth team. We also encourage you to take advantage of our patient referral bonus by marketing yourself!
