Getting Started with Ramp

Nourish is excited to partner with Ramp to process reimbursements for our existing policies and programs, including our Education and Licensing Reimbursements.

Requests are reviewed each payroll week and reimbursed directly through Ramp. Payments follow the annual pay schedule. Expenses may take up to three weeks to be approved depending on when they are input.

Creating Your Account

Ramp accounts are granted to active Nourishers after an ADP profile has been completed. You will receive an email invitation from Ramp to your Nourish email address within 5 days of completing your ADP profile. Please do not try to sign in prior to receiving this email.

Setting Up Payment

Your expenses will be reimbursed directly through Ramp. To add your bank account information for direct deposit, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into Ramp

  2. Go to "Settings"

  3. Select "Banking"

  4. Then, select "Connect your account"

    Please note: you can manually add your information by selecting "Add account details"

Signing Into Ramp After You've Set Up Your Account

To access your Ramp account follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to https://app.ramp.com/sign-in

  2. Input your Nourish email address

  3. When prompted to insert a password, select "Sign in with Google"
