Why Do I See New Jersey and Colorado Listed in my CAQH Profile?

If you see New Jersey or Colorado listed in your CAQH profile — either under Professional IDs or Practice Locations or Personal Information — that’s completely normal.

As part of Nourish’s standard credentialing setup, all providers are enrolled with Horizon BCBS New Jersey and Aetna Colorado. NJ and CO are states that do not require dietitian licenses, but CAQH requires a license entry for any state listed as a practicing location.

Because of that, we use your CDR registration information for New Jersey and Colorado to satisfy CAQH’s system requirements.

All providers should have New Jersey and Colorado listed in their CAQH profile — it’s part of our normal credentialing process and requires no action on your part.
