Access your Provider Portal
Access the provider portal here.
Once you've set up your Nourish Gmail, you'll be able to log into the Provider Portal (app.usenourish.com/classic) to begin your onboarding! Be sure to bookmark the Provider Portal, as you'll use it every day you see patients with Nourish.
You can access the provider portal here. On the login page, you have two login options.
You can enter your Nourish Gmail address, and you will receive a 6-digit code sent to your Nourish Gmail. Always use the most recent code to log in.
Set a password by clicking “Forgot or need a password?” on the login screen to create one. You can then log in using your password.
Once you log in, you’ll be automatically directed to the Home page, where you can start your Onboarding Checklist!
Access the Provider Portal using a temporary access code:
When logging into the Provider Portal, be sure that you log in using your Nourish Gmail, (first.last@usenourish.com). Using a personal email will not work, as the temporary access code will only be sent to your Nourish Gmail inbox.
After entering your Nourish Gmail, click Continue. A temporary access code will be sent to your Nourish Gmail with subject line "Here's your code to sign in to the Nourish portal" (example shown below).
Simply copy the access code from the email and paste into the Provider Portal log in screen. Then, click Log in to access your Provider Portal!
