Credentialing Processing & Approval

Once you complete your credentialing onboarding tasks, we will submit credentialing applications on your behalf to our commercial in-network payers:

• Aetna

• BCBS / Anthem

• Cigna

• United Healthcare

Credentialing timelines vary by payer. On average, credentialing takes 45-90 days. While you will be able to begin seeing patients as an in-network provider before your credentialing has completed, it is expected that you complete credentialing onboarding within your first 30 days (the sooner, the better!)

Our credentialing team works behind the scenes to ensure that your credentialing is completed successfully. If they need additional information from you at any point in the process, they'll be in touch!

We are unable to submit Medicare enrollment applications on behalf of providers. If you intend to see Medicare patients with Nourish, you will need to submit the enrollment application yourself. Even if you are already a Medicare provider, an enrollment application will still be needed to reassign benefits to Nourish. Instructions on Medicare enrollment can be found here.
